Wireman - Armour EP

Armour EP by Wireman, the newest signing to the Prime Numbers
label is coming on limited edition 12" vinyl in December 2008.

The "Armour" EP is the first release from Glasgow based Wireman, a new signing to the Prime Numbers artist roster. Taking all the best elements from dubstep, techno and ambient electronica he's created a very original sound. Influenced by producers such as T++, Basic Channel, Autechre, 2562 and Kode9, Wireman has come up with some exceptional forward thinking dub techno music. From the deep spacious techno of the title track, described by Boomkat as a mix between Deep Chord and Andy Stotts freshest work via the ambient soundscape "Forge". Moving onto the tough Afx style electronica of "Axiom" to the fat electro track "Perspex" which has been compared to early Two Lone Swordsmen productions.
This 12" has already been generating DJ support from Martyn, Mary Anne Hobs, Move D, Surgeon.
